Terms & Conditions

Welcome to EqubNet (the “Service”), provided by WiredWisdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“you” or “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not join or use our Service.

Equb Group

A rotating savings and credit pool you join through the Service.

Member

A registered user who has joined an Equb Group.

Contribution

The periodic payment amount each Member owes to their Equb Group.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We facilitate the creation, joining, and management of Equb Groups. We do not hold your funds; payments and disbursements happen via your chosen payment provider (e.g. Stripe).

1. Joining
   You may join an Equb Group only if there is space and all eligibility criteria are met. You must read and accept our Terms, including our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, before joining.
2. Payment Obligations
   You agree to make each Contribution on time and in full. Failure to pay may result in removal from the Group and loss of eligibility for a payout.
3. Payouts
   When it's your turn to receive the lump sum, you must provide accurate payment details. We are not responsible for delays or errors in third-party payment systems.

We will deduct a total of 6% from each Contribution for administrative costs, platform fees, and payment processing. This 6% covers the service fee per contribution and payout. Stripe (or other gateway) processing fees remain your responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other Members.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems.

You may leave an Equb Group before it starts; after that point, refunds are subject to Group rules. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or fraudulent behavior.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

All trademarks, logos, and content are our property or licensed to us. You may not use our branding without our express written permission.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes signifies your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of United States of America.
